We are excited to share a milestone for SchoolOpsAI: our first research white paper is complete!
The Pilot: Real-Time Visibility for School Leaders
During the 2025–26 school year, we piloted our platform with a group of school and central office leaders. Throughout that pilot, our User Success Researcher studied something we've believed from day one but hadn't yet proven with data:
- Giving leaders unified, real-time visibility into their schools changes how they think, and how they decide.
What the Paper Reveals
The paper captures that story. It examines the shifts in insight and decision-making that leaders experienced as they moved from fragmented data sources to a single, connected view.
- It's early evidence, but it's real evidence.
- This research is the foundation for everything we build next.
Why This Matters
We've always believed that leaders' decisions and strategies have a direct line to teacher efficacy and student outcomes. This research is our first look at that chain in motion, starting from the top.
What's Next
In SY26–27, our research goes a layer deeper:
We'll be studying the specific decisions leaders make as a result of using the platform.
We'll start to trace that impact all the way to students.
